1 APPLICABILITY AND LEGAL NOTES
1.1 Purchases made through the Site are governed by these General Terms. If you do not wish to accept these General Terms, you cannot order the Products available on the Site.
1.2 The invalidity of a provision of these General Terms does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will remain fully valid and effective.
2 WHO CAN PLACE ORDERS
2.1 By registering on the Site and/or placing an order, you declare to be at least 18 years old and to act as a consumer.
2.2 You can make purchases on the Site, either through your registered account or without creating an account, by clicking the "Quick Purchase" button and entering your personal data necessary for billing and shipping in the fields of the guided purchase procedure.
2.3 Before transmitting any order, please verify that the data you have entered is correct and complete. Otherwise, please modify and/or complete it.

3 PRODUCT AVAILABILITY - RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL ORDERS
3.1 All orders are subject to verification of the availability of the ordered Products. If one or more of the ordered Products are not available at the time of order fulfillment, the order will be considered valid for the available Products. In this case, we will contact you directly and inform you of how your order has been adjusted, as well as the methods and timing of the refund for the amounts paid for the unavailable Products.
3.2 Purchasing Products with the intention of reselling them is prohibited. If we believe that you are purchasing Products for resale, we reserve the right, non-exhaustively, to cancel your orders, even if already confirmed, and/or suspend or close your account. In such cases, if you believe there has been an error, you can contact us at the contact details provided in the Contacts section, and we will be happy to assist you.

We do not sell used products or products of lower quality than those offered on the market by their respective parent companies or manufacturers.

5. PRICES AND SHIPPING
5.1 All selling costs of the Products listed on the Site include VAT, if applicable.
5.2 The prices displayed on the Site, payment methods, and invoices are in Euros. To help you convert the amount in Euros to a different currency, our site provides a currency converter. The amount charged may vary due to fluctuations in exchange rates and bank fees. We recommend contacting your bank for detailed information on exchange rates and bank fees related to your transactions.

6. PROMOTIONAL CODES
6.1 If you have a promotional code, remember to enter it in the designated box during the order process. 7. PAYMENT METHODS
7.1 We accept the following payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, Scalapay for installment payments.

7.3 Regardless of the chosen payment method, the Products ordered remain our property until we receive full payment.

If the amount is not credited to our account within 5 business days of the order, or within the agreed-upon period, the order will be canceled.
7.7 PayPal and Scalapay Payment: With these methods, you can pay using your PayPal or Scalapay account. Simply log in with your credentials, follow the purchase procedure, and confirm the payment. In this case, you will be redirected to the corresponding provider's site.
9. SHIPPING TIMES AND DELIVERY LOCATIONS
9.1 Orders submitted are processed from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the order.
9.2 We aim to ship the Products within the following times:
We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs inspections or unforeseen or unpredictable circumstances.
9.3 The ordered Products will be shipped within the specified times unless there are issues with payment checks or the transfer is not received within the specified terms in the PAYMENTS section of the General Terms. We do not ship on holidays.

12. LEGAL WARRANTY
12.1 Each Product on the Site is subject to the legal warranty for defects in conformity that occur within two years from the delivery date.
12.2 To obtain the warranty, it is necessary to report the defect of non-conformity within two months of its discovery by contacting us through the contact details provided in the Contacts section of the Site. You will receive instructions for returning the defective Products.
12.3 You have the right to choose whether to request the repair or replacement of the non-conforming Product, unless your choice is objectively impossible or excessively burdensome. Repair times are beyond our control.
If repair or replacement is impossible or excessively burdensome, you have the right to a price reduction or contract termination. For minor defects, you are entitled only to the repair or replacement of the Product.
12.4 The legal warranty does not cover defects resulting from accidental damage, non-compliant use, maintenance not performed according to instructions, or repair interventions carried out by you or third parties.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
13.1 All content on the Site, including the trademark, registered trademarks, and other graphic, textual, photographic, video, and any other designations related to the Products or Spazio Bra in any language, are protected by intellectual property rights.

14. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
14.1 We are not responsible for failing to fulfill the obligations set forth in these General Terms in the event of events beyond our control, such as wars, fires, earthquakes, floods, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, labor issues, malfunctions, and disruptions of the internet network, energy restrictions, acts of public authorities, or other irreparable causes.
14.2 If such events affect the delivery times of the Products, delivery will be suspended until the event is resolved, and we will inform you via email of a new delivery date.

Spazio Bra reserves the right to issue promotional codes that can be applied to a selection of items available for purchase on www.spaziobra.com.
These codes are occasionally sent to customers via email, SMS, or communicated on the website www.spaziobra.com.
By using the promotional code, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
For a coupon code to be valid, you must comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Promotional codes have no monetary value and cannot be converted into cash.
To use the coupon code, enter the code in the "discount code" box at the checkout, and the discount will be automatically deducted from the final price of eligible items.
If you do not enter the coupon code at the time of purchase as specified, you will not be entitled to the discount later. Discounts cannot be claimed after placing an order on the Spazio Bra website.
If an order contains multiple items and a promotional code is used, the discount will be applied proportionally to each eligible item.
A promotional code cannot be applied to an order if the code is inapplicable, invalid, or expired. No replacement codes will be issued under any circumstances.

SHIPMENTS
TRANSPORT METHODS, COSTS, AND DELIVERY TIMES
Payments made will result in order processing within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) from the registration date.
Orders will be processed and shipped on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM GMT+1, except for recognized holidays in Italy. Goods will be ready for shipment only after receiving payment.
Unless in exceptional situations, we commit to doing our best to process the order within the times and terms indicated for deliveries. However, during discount or promotion periods, due to the high volume of orders, delays in order processing may occur. Please note that the courier does not make shipments or deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and recognized holidays.
Shipments will be made via couriers such as DHL, FEDEX, or TNT.
All shipments from Spazio Bra will be insured against theft or damage. If you receive a visibly damaged package, please do not accept it, leave it with the courier, or accept it with a reservation.
Once you have personally received the delivery and confirmed the receipt of the package with a signature, the insurance coverage will be considered concluded.

ORDER TRACKING
Once the order has been processed, you will receive a shipping notification email with all the details. Subsequently, you will receive a notification directly from the courier with the tracking number to monitor the shipping status.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
Customers residing in countries outside the European Union will be exempt from VAT.
All shipments outside the European Union will be subject to customs duties and import charges, which will vary based on the type of product and its value.
"DDP" COUNTRIES (Delivery with Duties and Taxes Paid)
In countries indicated as "DDP," the customer will not have to pay additional costs for customs clearance or delivery, as duties and taxes are included in the final price.
"DDU" COUNTRIES (Delivery with Duties and Taxes Not Paid)
In countries indicated as "DDU," customs costs will be borne by the customer and will be calculated by the courier at the time of delivery. Spazio Bra has no control over these costs and cannot predict them before shipment. Please contact the local customs office for further information.
